Our Microburst Hazy IPA creates the cloudiness of a traditional Arizona dust storm and is packed with tropical fruit and grapefruit notes for a full flavor. Unlike a traditional microburst, our hazy IPA is not likely to cause any structural or environmental damage. In fact, Ranch Hand Brewing is making great strides in processing our brewery wastewater for the betterment of local agriculture.
Traditionally, brewery wastewater is full of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) which makes it hard for water treatment plants to process the water. Ranch Hand Brewery has found a system that pre-treats the water and in turn helps our local water treatment plant process the water without much difficulty. Ultimately, Ranch Hand Brewery hopes to add a secondary treatment process that will allow the water to be reused for agricultural irrigation on farmland while helping to conserve a precious resource in Arizona.
